Which printing method and paper type do you use?

We make mostly Inject Ink prints on LUSTER semi-glossy 240gr, SEMI-GLOSS paper.

Does my print come with a specific margin?

Each product offers a choice of margins options. When choosing a product with no margins, a print with narrow margins of 0.5 cm will be delivered.

Can I order a framed print?

Supplying frames is not included in our shop services.

What kind of packaging do you use for shipping a print?

The print comes rolled up in a hard cardboard roll. The print is wrapped in silk paper for additional protection and convenient pull-out.

How do we pack and ship multiple prints?

Usually, two or three rolled prints can be sent in the same roll. If there are more, we roll them in a longer roll as required.

Can payment and recipient addresses differ? Can I send to someone else's address?

Yes, you will find the details and the required fields to fill on the purchase page.

When can I expect delivery?

The product will be shipped within 14 working days from your order date, though it may take longer due to customs regulations in different countries.

Can the shipment be tracked?

The customer will be notified per E Mail when the product is shipped, and a notification is received from your nearest post office.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the print?

The images are printed from high resolution files made by the artists themselves. And have undergone a quality review before shipping. Each case will be examined on its own merits.

What is your returning policy?

Return time within 14 days of receiving the product when sent back in a safe packaging.

The customer must indicate and explain whether he wants to receive the same product, or another product instead of the one initially purchased or a monetary credit.

Are the images on the site sold only on the site?

Indeed.

Does the artist gain any profit from the sale?

The artist receives fair royalties for each sale.

Welcome! We always look to expand our variety. You can apply for admittance process via “Contact us” at the bottom of our about section. Do note though, that we have a very professional and rigorous jury team.

If I am interested in purchasing a large number of prints. How do I do that?

If I am interested in purchasing an original of one of the works on the site, is that possible?
