Michael Cohen-Alloro
Manager & Co-founder
Michael Cohen-Alloro is the co-founder, director and editor-in-chief of this site. Trained as an electronics engineer, he also has a bachelor’s degree in French literature and Cinema & Television. Michael worked as a TV producer and he has been a partner in several high-tech ventures, and recently, founded and works as Vaica's Chief Operating Officer. Michael is an inventor and entrepreneur, always looking for new experiences and challenges. In collaboration with the artist Daniella Lerer, he envisioned and brought to life the concept behind TOPICTURES.
Daniella Lerer
Editor & Co-founder
Co-founder and site editor, Daniella is an artist, art teacher, and a graduate of the college of art teachers - "Hamidrasha", and the Hebrew Literature and education faculties at Tel Aviv University. In her work as an artist, Daniella motivates the audience to actively make connections between details that deepen their observations, allowing them to feel comfortable even when the images are not
Naomi Tereza Salmon
Curator
Site's curator and consultant. She is an artist, art lecturer and an artist's consultant. Her work combines spatial photography, video, sound installations, and computer based picture sequences. She has studied photography at the Hadassah College in Jerusalem, received an MFA in the Public Art and New Artistic Strategy program, and a PhD from the Faculty of art and design, both at the Bauhaus University, Weimar, Germany.
Alma Alloro
Designer
Site's designer and an artist, Alma's works often have a dual existence in digital media and hand-crafted formats, exploring the possibilities and limitations of handmade objects in our digitally-oriented world. She received her MFA from Bauhaus University, Weimar, Germany and participated in the Goldrausch artist project. She has displayed her works in solo and group exhibitions as well as at festivals internationally.
